CCI (Cafini Carbon Innovations) exists to deliver high-quality, authentic carbon innovations built by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts. Precision, performance and design are at the core of everything we do.
Our products are primarily made to order and often manufactured to each customer's individual specifications. By placing an order with CCI, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Custom-Made Products & Change-of-Mind Returns
Most CCI products are manufactured specifically for each individual order. We rarely hold finished products in stock due to the range of customisation options, vehicle-specific fitments, materials and finishes available.
Because production will commence specifically for your order, CCI does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after purchase;
- Incorrect specifications or options selected by the customer;
- Products ordered for the wrong vehicle, model or variant;
- A customer's subsequent decision that they no longer want or require the product; or
- Fitment or installation issues resulting from incorrect information or fitment selections supplied by the customer.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product descriptions, compatibility information and selected options before completing an order.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee—for example, because it is faulty, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not meet the guarantees required by law—CCI will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
The remedy available may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and the customer's rights under applicable law.
These rights apply independently of CCI's change-of-mind and custom-order policies.
Order Specifications & Customer Approval
Customers are responsible for ensuring all information supplied when ordering is accurate, including:
- Vehicle make, model, year and variant;
- Selected fitment;
- Material and finish;
- Stitching, trim and other customisation selections; and
- Any other specifications provided to CCI.
CCI will manufacture the product according to the specifications selected or approved by the customer.
Where CCI has manufactured an item correctly according to the customer's supplied or approved specifications, CCI is not required to provide a change-of-mind remedy simply because the customer subsequently decides they would prefer different specifications, subject always to the customer's rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already commenced.
Customers wishing to cancel should contact CCI as soon as possible.
After the 24-hour cancellation period, an order may be considered confirmed and placed into production. Because costs may already have been incurred specifically for the customer's order, cancellations after this point are generally not accepted.
This cancellation policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Production & Shipping Lead Times
CCI products are generally made to order and are generally not held as finished stock.
Unless otherwise stated, quoted production and delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Typically, orders take approximately 4 weeks from the date of purchase to delivery; however, actual timeframes can vary depending on the product, customization, production workload, freight, supplier availability and other circumstances.
CCI aims to maintain transparency throughout the manufacturing process and provide customers with updates where reasonably possible.
Production or shipping delays do not automatically entitle a customer to cancel a custom-made order or receive a refund. However, nothing in this section limits any rights a customer may have under Australian Consumer Law, including where goods are not supplied within an agreed or otherwise reasonable period. In the event of extended production or shipping delays, CCI encourages customers to remain patient and contact us directly so we can work together toward an appropriate resolution. We arecommitted to maintaining open communication and assisting customers throughout the production and delivery process.

Where an order experiences a significant delay, customers are encouraged to contact CCI so the circumstances can be assessed and an appropriate resolution provided.
Product Appearance & Handmade Variations
Due to the nature of carbon fibre and custom manufacturing, minor cosmetic variations may occur between products.
Product photographs are representative and the appearance of the finished item may vary slightly due to factors including carbon weave positioning, lighting, manufacturing processes and material characteristics.
Forged carbon products are inherently unique. Carbon flakes are distributed randomly during production, meaning no two forged carbon products will have an identical pattern.
These natural variations are not considered defects where they do not materially affect the quality, function or agreed specifications of the product.
Installation
CCI recommends that products requiring installation be fitted by a suitably qualified or experienced professional.
CCI is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, misuse or installation contrary to supplied instructions, except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Customers should inspect their product before installation and contact CCI promptly if they believe there is an issue.
Vehicle Compliance & Road Use
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable and lawful for use on their vehicle and in their state, territory or country.
Where a product is expressly described as being intended for off-road, motorsport or track use, it should not be assumed to be approved for use on public roads.
Customers should check applicable vehicle standards, modification requirements and local regulations before installation or use.
To the extent permitted by law, CCI accepts no responsibility for fines, penalties, registration issues or other consequences resulting solely from a customer's unlawful installation or use of a product.
Nothing in this section excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Shipping Damage
Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If an item appears to have been damaged during transport, please contact CCI promptly and provide photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with an order, we strongly encourage you to contact CCI directly first so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the matter.
Where a payment dispute or chargeback is raised, CCI reserves the right to provide relevant evidence to the payment provider or financial institution, including order details, customer-selected specifications, correspondence, production records, delivery information and these Terms & Conditions.
CCI reserves all rights available to it under applicable law in relation to fraudulent, misleading or improperly raised payment disputes.
Custom Manufacturing Acknowledgement
By placing an order with CCI, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed the product description and selected specifications;
- Many CCI products are custom manufactured specifically for your order;
- Production and delivery timeframes may vary;
- Handmade and carbon fibre products may contain minor natural variations; and
- You have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions do not exclude, restrict or modify any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
