Custom-Made Products & No Change-of-Mind Returns
Please note that all CCI (Cafini Carbon Innovations) products are manufactured specifically to each individual order. We rarely hold stock on hand, as many of our products offer a wide range of customisation options, including vehicle-specific fitment and finish choices.
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect specifications selected at checkout
- Products ordered for the wrong vehicle, model, or variant
- Installation issues caused by incorrect fitment selection
We strongly recommend that customers carefully review all product details, vehicle compatibility information, and selected options before completing their purchase. If you are unsure about fitment or specifications, please contact us prior to placing an order — we are always happy to assist.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is deemed faulty, significantly different from its description, damaged in transit, or does not fit the vehicle it was specifically ordered for due to an error on our part, we will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where required by law.

Vehicle Compliance & Road Use
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any CCI products are compliant with local vehicle regulations and legal for use on public roads in their region.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products are designed and manufactured for off-road or track use only. CCI cannot be held liable for any fines, penalties, or issues arising from the installation or use of our products on public roads.
We strongly encourage customers to verify their local road regulations and confirm suitability before purchasing or installing any product.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact us directly via email or phone as soon as possible.
After 24 hours, orders are considered confirmed and in production, and cancellations cannot be accepted due to the custom nature of our products.
We recommend double-checking all order details before completing your purchase to ensure accuracy.

Custom Manufacturing Acknowledgement
By placing an order with CCI, you acknowledge that your item is custom manufactured and accept the terms outlined above, and acknowledge the lead times agreement below.

Production and Shipping Lead Times
Lead times vary from product to product. For something simple, such as diffusers which are a common design product, allow up to 3 weeks for production and shipping of the product. Average turnaround times are listed below:
- Custom gauge holders: 1-2 weeks
- Intake systems: 2-3 weeks
- Diffusers / lip kits: 2-3 weeks
- Engine covers: 2-3 weeks
- Carbon accessories (canards, interior trims etc.) 2-3 weeks
- Custom steering wheels: 2-4 weeks
- Aftermarket headlights: 2-4 weeks
CCI will NOT offer refunds for extended production and shipping times, unless periods from time of order extend 6 weeks, (excluding supply chain disruptions such as public holidays and natural disasters). Please understand products are made to order and may take some time.
Please also note, finishes may vary slightly from photos. Forged carbon flakes are randomly added/finished, each steering wheel varies from each other, and finishes are not consistent.

Refunds requested outside the conditions outlined in this policy are not permitted. Any attempts to dispute a charge or claim a refund outside these terms may be contested, including through legal avenues if necessary.
